WataFast

What is “WataFast” in the app?

Picks. Remembers. Recovers. On its own.

WataFast is our protocol inside the ProxysVPN app. Choose it in Countries, and it picks the country and the way to connect for you.

Get the app Who we are

Two routes at once.

On a network it doesn't know yet, the app starts two ways of connecting side by side and keeps the one that answers first.

It remembers each network.

Home, office, café: next time it starts with what worked there. It keeps a fingerprint of each network, not its name, and only on your computer.

  • Café

Back on its own.

If the connection stops carrying data, the app restarts it, then tries another server and another protocol, by itself.

Nothing home-made.

No home-made encryption: the app runs the open-source Xray and Hysteria engines. WataFast is the protocol that picks the route.

What does “WataFast” mean in the ProxysVPN app?

It's the first card in Countries. Choose it, and the app picks the country and protocol for you and remembers what worked on each network.

What does the app remember about my networks?

Which country worked on each one, kept under a fingerprint of the network rather than its name or address. The file never leaves your computer.
