Privacy
How the ProxysVPN service and apps, and this website, handle your data.
Updated September 28, 2026
Our commitment
We do not sell, rent, use or disclose to third parties any data about your VPN activity or data collected through our apps, for any purpose. The service providers listed in the ProxysVPN Privacy Policy process data only on our instructions, to run the service.
This page is a short summary. The binding text is the ProxysVPN Privacy Policy, also available in Russian. If this summary and the policy ever differ, the policy applies.
What the service keeps
- Account. Your email address or your Telegram account details (ID, username and name), depending on how you signed up.
- Devices. The devices you add to the account and the access keys issued to them.
- Balance and payments. Top-ups, charges and bonuses. We do not ask for or store bank card details: payment providers handle them.
- Connections. VPN servers see the IP address you connect from, because they cannot carry your traffic without it. The service records traffic volume and the time of the last connection, to apply plan limits and to detect abuse. The full policy says how long connection data is kept.
- Support. Support requests can be answered first by an automated assistant: to prepare a reply, it sends your message and information about your account to an AI model provider. Chats with the assistant are kept for 180 days after the last message. You can ask for a person at any time.
- Website. proxysvpn.com uses a cookie to keep you signed in, and web analytics. The full policy names the analytics services and the pages where they run.
What the ProxysVPN apps send
- A random identifier created when the app is installed, so that each access key stays tied to one device.
- The device's access key, to download its connection settings.
- The app version and platform, with each request. The latest value and the time of the last request are kept until 60 days after that request.
The apps contain no ads and no third-party analytics or advertising code, and they do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. While you are connected, domain names are resolved through public DNS resolvers; the full policy names them.
Who processes data for us
We rely on service providers for hosting and databases behind the website and the Telegram bot, email delivery, Telegram (if you use the bot), payments, the AI model behind the support assistant, web analytics on proxysvpn.com, the servers that run the VPN in several countries, and public DNS resolution. The full policy lists them and what each one receives.
Keeping and deleting data
Account data is kept while the account exists. You can:
- delete your account on the account deletion page, or ask support to do it (see how to delete an account). Deletion removes your devices from the VPN servers and the data linked to the account; the full policy lists anything that has to be kept afterwards, and for how long;
- ask what data is linked to your account;
- turn off promotional messages in the Telegram bot with the /offers command or the “No more offers” button under such a message.
