The main rules for using the ProxysVPN service and apps, and this website.

This page is a short summary. The binding text is the ProxysVPN Terms of Service, also available in Russian, together with the Privacy Policy. If this summary and the terms ever differ, the terms apply.

Using the service

• The service is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not share your access with others, resell it or use it to build a competing VPN service.
• Use it only within the law and the rules of the services you visit. You are responsible for how you use it.
• The servers do not carry BitTorrent traffic. Unusual load, such as long periods at full speed or automated connections, may be slowed down or paused while we look into it.

Payment and refunds

• Access is paid for in advance. The terms explain how each plan is charged and when paid access renews.
• A refund is possible when the service was not delivered because of a technical fault on our side. Ask support within 14 days of the payment and include the email or Telegram account you use, the date and amount of the payment, and the reason.
• Refunds go back only to the original payment method. The terms set out the refund rules in full.

Service quality and liability

• The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fast and stable, but connection quality also depends on your internet provider, your device and networks we do not control, so uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for outages caused by your internet provider or by restrictions imposed where you are.
• Our total liability to you is limited to your current account balance.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for breaking these rules, for abuse, on lawful demands from authorities or payment providers, or when there are signs of fraud. Ending access for a violation does not entitle you to a refund.

ProxysVPN apps

The ProxysVPN apps are free and have no in-app purchases. They work with a ProxysVPN account. Apps downloaded from Apple's App Store are also licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Changes

The terms may change. The current version is published with its revision date, and continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.

This website

wata.fast gives information about Watafast LLC and its products. Its content belongs to Watafast LLC. Links to other sites, such as proxysvpn.com, Telegram and Apple, lead to services with their own terms.
